Terms of Service – Pricing & Payments
Rates & Purchases
DRJPCS is a competitive supplier of genuine goods and services. As such, our rates reflect the costs of such services. This will include the time, electricity, travel and materials involved in making right your equipment or providing a service. Once works have commenced, the agreed rate become final and will reflect this on all invoices. In the event that extra charges are added to your invoice, this will be explained to you before they are added. At this point, it is not the opportunity to accept or reject the extra charges, these will be added as a matter of contractual agreement. Situations you would expect for additional charges to be added would be as such, but not limited too; Late Payment Charges, unforeseen circumstances, valid proof that a warranted device has been tampered with.
Please note: Once the software has been purchased through us it is non-returnable.
Our services are split into 6 categories:
Remote User Support
Data & Cloud Services
Of these 6 services, they are generally split into 2 main categories which are On Site Services and Remote Services. On Site Services are hardware installations, hardware repairs and network installation. Remote Services are any other service which can be carried out without the need to visit site.
Call Out Charges
When we are required to attend site, we call this our “Call Out Charge.” This charge is subject to the area we are attending plus time it takes to travel to site. In most situations, a call out charge will cover the first 30 minutes on site and the time to travel. This cost may vary depending on distance traveled.
Collection and Delivery Charges
Our minimum collection and delivery charge is £10 + VAT. Price may vary on distance traveled. This includes protection of your device whilst it is in our care from collection to drop off.
Hourly on site Rates
Our minimum rate of attendance is £50 + VAT – Subject to distance.
Rates after the call out charge is £25 + VAT per additional 30 minutes on site.
Hourly rates are not applicable to the time your equipment is in our workshop. The total billable amount is quoted prior to work commencing.
Depending on the complexity of work required, there may be times when additional repair work or hardware is required to fix a fault. We will endeavor to make you aware of these as soon as we can. Additional charges are not included in any quotes or estimates provided.
We reserve the right to add additional costs to the overall settlement for things such as exchange rate charges & late payment charges.
VAT (Value Added Tax) & Non-VAT Pricing
DRJPCS Limited is both VAT registered and a Private Limited Company. Our prices are shown excluding VAT.
We do not operate any products or services which are exempt from VAT.
Accepted forms of payment
We accept Credit & Debit cards, Cash (up to a maximum of £100 per transaction) and Bank Transfer.
On account is reserved for approved business customers only.
We do not accept Cheques.
Payment in full & Deposits
Payment in full is required before work commences by default.
Deposits are not commonly offered unless towards a service that warrants purchases prior to start.
