We give our customers three easy ways to let us know about faults.
- Send us a short email
- Call us
- Raise an online ticket
We handle the diagnostics
When you tell us about something, we give you a ticket number and access to our help desk portal. This lets you see up to date detail about how your fault is being handled. For ease of use, we also allow updates to be done by simply responding to the email updates sent to you.
Once your fault is fixed, we let you know. Your ticket reference is archived on our system for historical purposes and should the issue arise again, we know what we have done previously.
