We give our customers three easy ways to let us know about faults.

  • Raise an online ticket

We handle the diagnostics

When you tell us about something, we give you a ticket number and access to our help desk portal. This lets you see up to date detail about how your fault is being handled. For ease of use, we also allow updates to be done by simply responding to the email updates sent to you.

Problem solved

Once your fault is fixed, we let you know. Your ticket reference is archived on our system for historical purposes and should the issue arise again, we know what we have done previously.

Getting the right blend of support vs cost is always a challenge for any business, which is why our simple pricing lets you stay in control of what you spend. Our pricing model means you only are billed on what you use.

We’ve designed two pricing models:

Support Standard

All the remote assistance at a fixed monthly cost. Perfect for businesses who don’t have a regular need for on site support or continual consultancy for non fault requests.

 

How it works

Total time is calculated per minute, regardless of the quantity of requests you submit to us.

Based on the pre-booked hours you have, we calculate your average over a 3 month period. This means that busy periods and quiet times complement each other to keep your average down. 

If you go over your pre-booked hours allocation, we will discuss moving on to a more suitable allocation or bill for additional time separately.

Support Standard contracts are billed per minute, so going over your allocated time will increase your amount for that particular month only. 

Who is this service for?

Businesses who want remote support without being billed per request. Only pay one amount for remote support on faults, instead of being billed for each ticket raised with us.
